Cindy has a huge heart and she will do anything in her power to help you get the body you have always wanted!   She is by far THE BEST coach/ trainer one could ask for. Cindy switches up her routines regularly, so your never bored and your muscles get the variety of motion they need. She offers BAM Challenges which allow you to push yourself with a smaller group of people and a chance to win great prizes. Cindy has got to be the most motivating woman in my life! lol
She pushes you enough to keep going when you want to give up and slows you down to the right pace when you are trying too hard! By far the BEST classes that I have ever been to! Definitely recommend this class to ALL! :)

I just hate missing a class ! Always feel so much better after a workout with Cindy Bradley. She is constant, always giving her 110%, fills the gym with motivation and inspiration ! Cindy's energy makes me want to push myself. Thank you Cindy for always making sure everyone's posture is right on to prevent any injury. Also the variety is perfect, the music is great ! Your doing everything you can and more

I absolutely love Cindy's classes, been to bootcamp, piyo (my favorite ) and Bam weight loss challenge, all I wanted was to lose a few lbs which I did and will continue to do so, but Cindy makes it fun and you will want to keep going, the girls are all fun, I would recommend these classes to anyone. Thank you Cindy Bradley your the best.

i joined the Bam Challenge six weeks ago and wow i lost 13.5 pounds!This program is amazing not only do you get access to all Cindys classes you also learn healthy eating with portion control which never left me hungry as there was so much health foods to eat! Cindy is an amazing coach who makes you look forward to going to her classes. She motivates you into giving it your all and makes you smile well doing it! I have finally found a place where I look forward to working out at.Even if you don't join a challenge come to one of her piyo or other classes you will not regret it!!

I absolutely LOVE Cindy's classes....she is such a great coach that keeps you motivated! I feel comfortable with her & I feel like everyone in her class is like a little family! We motivate each other & it's amazing to see everyone's transition! Cindy always asks for input to make her classes geared to what her clients want.....I've always felt shy going to a gym, but I've never felt that with Cindy! She rocks!! My life has completely changed because of her coaching & classes!! I look forward to classes & hate when I have to miss one!! I feel great & have energy that I've never had before!! 👍💪💕😊100% satisfied!!

I've been taking cindys classes for over a year now and I can't say enough about them. If you've been wondering if you should give one I try don't hesitate. They are fun!!! 
I love them all but I have to say piyo is my favourite. I have seen results that I was not able to achieve from weights in the gym. You burn fat and build muscle and shape your body. Come try it!!!!!

Cindys classes both in KL and Larder are awesome. What I love the most is that all levels of fitness can follow and enjoy the classes. It's for all of us. Cindys both knowledgeable and motivating. She's encouraging and pushes you to limits that you had no idea you could reach, because she knows you can! And the atmosphere is inviting to all! Thanks Cindy.

So in October, I joint the first BAM Challenge, and am still in awe of how well I did. I lost over 22lbs and more than 15 inches. I am doing more than I could ever do and feel amazing!! I have tried and love all of the the other classes as well. Cindy is an amazing coach and is motivating and always is ready to answer your questions and help you to work toward your goal. I am so looking forward to the next challenge in January. Doing this challenge is the best thing I have done in 2016 :)

As a Fitness Professional with over 25 years of experience I thoroughly enjoy Cindy Bradley's Bootcamp class. She teaches to all levels, is very approachable, puts safety first, and conducts herself In a very professional manner. If there is a participant who cannot perform a certain task, Cindy is there with an alternative which is very helpful for the participant. Cindy gets to know what her participants limitations and goals are and she structors her classes with this in mind. She is prompt, dependable and trustworthy. It is a pleasure to have access to someone of Cindy's caliber here in the north. I am giving you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And one half stars. Perfect does not exist in our world and we always need room for growth.
