Refund / NSF / Transfer Policy

 

A refund for reasons, such as *medical or moving away or upon my recommendation will be pro-rated from the date of refund request less a $5 fee.  Refunds for other reasons aren't given. 

 

BAM Challenge registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the class except as above or unless the session is cancelled due to insufficient number of registrants.  Please understand that upon your registration and others, I have committed myself to you and your success based on a minimum number of registrants for the class to run. 

 

If it becomes necessary for me to cancel a scheduled class that was part of the registration process for whatever reason, it will be rescheduled to a later date and time.  All other classes that (for example, PiYo, Yoga Nidra, Core de Force, etc. in Kirkland Lake) will not be rescheduled account these are ongoing classes that do not require registration nor do they have a scheduled end date.

 

NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 fee.

 

Classes are not transferable to other locations (if applicable) unless you have received prior approval.
