Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

This is a progressive class geared towards weight loss, building strength, endurance, confidence, etc.

Some of the goals in this challenge deal with meal planning, prepping meals, and making time for you.

BAM Bootcamp

In this class we incorporate high interval training to burn calories, build strength and stamina.  Most classes we follow circuit that uses our own body weight, free weights, the Lebert Equalizer Bars, the Lebert Buddy System, the Lebert SRT Barbell, Bosu, steppers, and so much more.  Each class is different and the rockin' music will keep you going!

These 1/2 hour classes are designed to target specific areas of your body.  Whether it's your total body, lower body, upper body or core, you will FEEL this class as you are lead through a series of movements to sculpt your body.
