This 6-week weight loss challenge is perfect for those wanting to lose weight, build strength and power while defining muscles you never knew you had while gaining healthier nutrition habits.  Beginners or seasoned exercise enthusiasts would benefit.  All shapes and fitness levels are welcome!

 

I've taken data from all the challenges in the previous year and those that have shown the most progress and created long-term habits that were in line with their new "healthstyle" were committed! 

 

In addition, Research shows that it takes at least 3 weeks to create better habits.​  So join in on this weight loss challenge and i will guide you the entire step of the way.

All you have to do is SHOW UP!

 

This is it!

What's included?  12 BAM EXCLUSIVE TOTAL BODY FITNESS classes PLUS unlimited access to all the other classes during the challenge period!!  Weigh-ins and professional Before and after photos will be taken to capture the baseline and the progress plus a little extra after photo shoot surprise for all participants.  along the way, you may have questions that need answering and that's where the support comes in when you're not in class!!!  You get Unlimited support in a closed group setting.

 

SESSION: October 1 to November 12, 2018

DAYS: Mondays and Wednesdays (no class October 8th)

TIME:  6:45 pm to 7:45 pm


We will measure your progress at the start and end of the 6 weeks with private weigh-ins and measurements, along with professional "Before" and "After" pictures.

#1: Monday, October 1, 2018 (starting at 6:45 pm)

#2: Monday, November 12, 2018 starting at 6:45 pm

(Professional "AFTER" Photo taken, along with final measurements and weigh-in and a quick 30-minute end of session class)


Each participant is required to attend the mandatory Monday and Wednesday classes and will have unlimited access to any other class running during the 6-weeks  (for example Piyo, Core de Force, Yoga Nidra, BAM CORE, BAM25, etc.).  

Exercise formats will consist of circuits mainly with recovery sessions each night to ensure proper cooldown and work on range of motion.  It is important to be on time for each class to ensure you don't miss the mandatory warm-up.

Each participant must commit to following a healthy nutrition program.  This can be as simple as counting calories, following a points system, portion control system, etc.  If you do not have a nutrition program, one will be given to you prior to the Challenge's first class.  You will have access to the discounted fee of $45 for being a BAM Challenger and this fee will be applied to your registration.  The supplied program is yours to keep forever.
 
NO supplements are required unless you choose to include them in your program.  No supplements will be pushed on you either!!

The biggest "loser" will receive the grand prize (must attend at least 10 of the 12 BAM classes to be eligible for the grand prize)!!!!  But of course, all of you ARE winners because you'll learn healthier habits throughout your 6 weeks and will see and feel progress!

On average, people are able to lose 2-4 lbs / week safely following a healthy nutrition and exercise program.
