DAY 2 - More Than Halfway Done and DOWN 3 lbs so far!

Good evening everyone! I am almost done Day 2 of the 3-Day Refresh and I'm feeling pretty good. Here's how today went. I'm the type that gets on the scale each morning while taking stock of how I feel, how my clothes are fitting, etc. This morning I'm down 3 lbs already. Of course, most of it is water and so on but I'm still quite happy with that because I know a titch of that 3 lbs is FAT!

Water

As in Day 1, I started today with a big glass of water on my way to work. I am not hungry at all and never am in the morning when I go to work. BUT by the time I get to work I am!

Breakfast (within an hour of waking up):

Chocolate Shakeology was shake this morning for breakfast and I did blend a banana in there. You're supposed to just use 1/2 a medium banana but these were small so I tossed the whole thing in! I could've eaten the fruit instead but I opted to have it in my shake.

Optional Morning Tea (at least 1 hour after Breakfast)

I did opt for the optional Herbal tea this morning but I didn't take a picture...I'm sure you get the jist of what tea looks like LOL if not then just look at Day 1's post ;)

By this time I was getting a little hungry and this tea definitely helped with that feeling.

Fiber Sweep (at least 1 hour after Morning Tea)

Again I can not stress enough how important it is to drink this right away. Mine even started gelling sooner than usual so just drink it as soon as you mix it and avoid that weird texture.

Lunch (at least 1 hour after Fiber Sweep)

Lunch today consisted of the Vanilla Fresh, some veggies with Olive Oil and salad herbs mixed in along with a half peach. It was quite filling and tasted amazing! By lunch time I was getting hungry again but like I said, this was filling and flavourful.

Afternoon Snack (at least 1 hour after Lunch)

For my afternoon snack I stayed with the same thing I had yesterday...celery and almond butter. Again, was not hungry at this time but kept with the schedule.

Dinner (at least 1 hour after Mid-Afternoon Tea)

I was going to exercise first but decided to get my dinner in. I opted for steamed kale, olive oil, salad herbs, and pumpkin seeds (didn't have pine nuts as the recipe called for) vegetable broth seasoned with salad herbs and of course the Vanilla Fresh.

Don't think KALE can be tasty? Oh it can if you season it to your tastes and it's quite filling!

I didn't have the tea in the evening yesterday so I'm not sure if I'll have it tonight or not.

My energy is good...I am not racing to the washroom anymore than usual. I can't wait for my final results!
